Hi all,
I cannot believe that I have not written on here in awhile. I have been reading your blogs though... you all are doing so well and some of you have disappeared. Sniff, sniff. Well I hope everyone is well and still striving towards their goals.
I have been volunteering overseas and am enjoying myself. I can't wait to come home though and enjoy all of my fruits and veggies that I miss. And exercise. I miss jogging. Jogging out here will have people in your face questioning you so I am counting down the day until I can jog my 5 miles again. If I can do that much, I may have to start with 2.5 miles but we will see. I have stayed at about 75% High Carb Low Fat Vegan for a year now. I haven't been perfect namely because I am now living in a place where good fruit and veggies are scarce. I also wasn't perfect at home either but close. I have enjoyed learning more about my body and how it reacts to being treated well. I have also uncovered some deficiencies.
One great thing about being out of the country is that I was able to get PCOS meds. I have suspected that I have had this for some time, but the doctor six years ago did not want to treat me because I did not have all of the symptoms. But I had so many of them! And they have increased over the years! I actually was gaining weight in a place where no matter who you are you will lose weight. Now since I am treating myself for PCOS I am almost on the same playing field as others and I am slowly losing more weight. So if I treat myself for PCOS, vitamin D and B12 deficiency and test if I still need to be treated for hypothyroidism I probably can lose weight like a normal person. Also, if I still exercise and eat my way of eating this should help tons as well. This has taken me a long time to figure out with no help from doctors except for docs I have had in the last two years. Also when I had a personal trainer years ago he would say, "Something is not right, as much as you work out and eat right you should be losing more weight." "You need to go to a doctor." He felt so bad for me that he would give me free supplements, diet plans and even discounted his prices for me. Because of him I have always continued to question and have hired and fired doctors if they were not co- operating. It has taken me years and a trip overseas to finally get treated properly, but at least I am moving ahead in the right direction.
Wish you all well bellas!
I shall write again soon.

WASSSSUUUPPPP!
Hey all,
Just a quick note to say that I'm still alive. I have been hovering in the low 180's but I'm not worried about it. Not worried about it? Yep! Due to my numerous food allergies and problems fully digesting meat protein, I have become vegan. I'm actually a low fat high carb vegan (read 80/10/10) and it is working out great. I have not been obsessing over calories, I look less bloated and I feel good. Been eating as much fruit and veggies as I feel like. I aim for 2400 calories a day if you can believe it. I actually feel the best (and lighter)when I'm at 4,000 calories of ripe and fruity goodness. Crazy right? Especially since I was able to do 500 calories no sweat. Everyday isn't perfect; some days I'm lower than 2400 calories due to my work schedule. Plus I need to drink more water and remember to take my vitamins, and stop weighing myself everyday but I'm getting there and excited for what the future holds.
Hope everyone is great :)

Yep two posts in a day, I missed blogger!
So I wanted to type out my goals for the month. I have been lingering between 185 and 181. I was even at 179 two months ago. But once I get to my lowest weight my period starts. Ugh. And after it ends I am no where near the weight I was. Then I start all over and it begins again. Does anyone else have this issue? It is a frustrating cycle to say the least.
I am contemplating on going back on BCPs. I stopped because I felt bloated all of the time, but TOM was shorter which gave my hormonal weight gain and acne a break. Once I stopped taking BCPs my back broke out and the spots haven't healed, after two years still! I think I need to be checked for PCOS but its hard to find a gyne that lives near me with my insurance. My goal is to go into the new year at 180. It seems to be attainable if I stay away from gluten and corn and workout after work. But I have been craving pretty bad for those no no foods and I am so tired after work. I have popped an old friend of mine to help with energy, and it helps but I know I should take something more natural or maybe not. Plus my TOM starts at the end of the year so my hard work will be circumvented again. Argg...
I think that I need to be on something. If I have PCOS I know exactly what I need medicine wise which would help the weight gain, insulin resistance (my suspisions) and the hormonal acne.
Starting tomorrow I will be treadmilling and walking/jogging my bike path again, but what will I do when I run out of my old friend so that I can have stamina during the work week?
Taken from website http://www.pcos.insulitelabs.com/PCOS-Symptoms.php
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) can be caused by Insulin Resistance and may take the form of numerous symptoms, which vary from woman to woman.
Weight Gain or Inability to Lose Weight. Many women with PCOS gain weight around their abdomen, taking on an apple shape rather than a pear shape. Such weight gain is linked with imbalances of glucose and insulin in the body.
Other women may not necessarily gain weight but find that, no matter how hard they try, they cannot lose any weight. Not every woman with PCOS will have problems with excess weight. In fact, up to half of women with PCOS are lean. Even lean women with PCOS may struggle with high insulin levels or insulin resistance, however.
Absent or Irregular Periods (Amenorrhea or Oligomenorrhea). Nine or few menstrual cycles per year may be a sign of PCOS. Bleeding may be heavier than normal. These conditions are caused because the ovaries are not producing hormones that keep the menstrual cycle regular. Irregular or absent menses indicate that a woman is probably not ovulating.
Infertility. The high levels of excess
insulin seen with PCOS can stimulate the ovaries to produce large amounts of the
male hormone (androgens), which can possibly prevent the ovaries from releasing
an egg each month, thus causing infertility. Because women with PCOS don't have
regular menstrual cycles, many are unable to become pregnant. With help,
however, many PCOS sufferers conceive.
Excess Hair Growth (Hirsutism). This symptom causes excess hair, which can be difficult for many women. For most PCOS sufferers, hair in the mustache and beard areas becomes heavier and darker. Masculine-looking hair on the arms and leg is also possible, as well as hair on abdomen, chest or back, together with more growing in the pubic area. High levels of male hormones cause this condition.
Thinning Hair. Just as heavier hair growth is
possible, so is the type of hair thinning that many men experience. This is
caused in women by higher levels of androgens.
Acne. Pimples and oily skin can also bother women with PCOS. The acne is usually found around the face (especially along the jaw line), chest and back.
Ovarian Cysts. The elevation in insulin levels contributes to the formation of cysts in the ovaries in part due to the hormonal imbalances and also because the ovaries are highly sensitive to the influence of insulin. These multiple, immature ovarian cysts, after which the condition was named, are associated with irregular menstruation and trouble conceiving.
Polycystic ovaries are defined as 12 or more follicles in at least one ovary as seen by ultrasound. Follicles are small, fluid-filled sacs containing eggs. In PCOS, the follicles bunch together to form cysts. Note that not every woman with PCOS has polycystic ovaries.
Fatigue. We hear from many women with PCOS who are tired all the time! Fatigue is a common symptom that may be related to PCOS in that insulin resistance can be one cause of reduced energy levels. Furthermore, many women with PCOS also have low thyroid function (hypothyroidism), a very common endocrine condition, which itself causes fatigue.
Other Skin Problems. Skin tags - thick lumps of skin sometimes as large as raisins - can form as a result of PCOS. They are usually found in the armpits, at the bra line or neck and can easily be removed by a dermatologist. Darkening and thickening of the skin can also occur around the neck, groin, underarms or skin folds. This condition, called Acanthosis Nigricans, is a sign of Insulin Resistance, the underlying cause of PCOS. Other women with PCOS note an increase in dandruff.
Mood Swings. Many women with PCOS may find
themselves more anxious or depressed by their appearance or their inability to
become pregnant. Mood swings can also be caused by hormone problems. Managing
your PCOS symptoms may help to relieve depression.
High cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia) and High Blood Pressure (Hypertension). Increased LDL cholesterol, the "bad" cholesterol, is known as a marker for risk of heart attack and stroke. Women with PCOS must pay special attention to their cholesterol levels and also their blood pressure, as both of these markers of heart disease are more prevalent in this community.
Sleep Apnea. Women with PCOS are at risk for sleep apnea. This may be due to the increased BMI (Body Mass Index) in about half of women with PCOS. Another possible reason for the increased prevalence of sleep apnea in women with PCOS is the effects of testosterone on blood vessels.
I don't have all of the symptoms of PCOS and when I take my glucose tests they are normal. But I am suspecting something. TOM has been appearing earlier and earlier for four months now. I will play dectective soon on this issue.
Now time to decorate the apartment with Christams cheer. I hope everyone is well.

Well it's been a year
My computer is up and running again and now it is time to start reflecting. Reflecting back to when I first started to blog and write into my thinspo journal it looks like quite a bit has happened.
What has happened
I am in the low 180's
I found out that my thyroid has been against me all along and its genetic
I have multiple food allergies which help swell me up and break me out
I got a new job back in my old field and I like it
I finished school with a MA degree
Still with the boyfriend
Got a safer car to drive
I can jog three miles with no problem
I have found natural supplements that help with my energy and allergies
I love juicing my fruits and veggies
I took control of my own health
I learned a new art which is a new hobby
Things I am now working on
Find out if I've got some endocrine/reproduction issues
Figure out how to use my new degree
Gain more money
Kick my new candy addiction- damn candy drawer at work:(
Add more skills to my persona so that can add to my career
Keep jogging- shoot for 5 miles and get back on my work out and eating schedule
Lose 30 + more lbs
Get back to being organized
Take better care of my hair, skin and nails
Not stress out that I'm not losing weight quickly
Every one's support through this blog and others have really helped me focus, especially since I don't live close to my friends and family anymore.
Which brings up how I need to make friends in this town. It's hard but I know I can find a like minded person or I will just have to fly out to be with my friends more. I miss my girls :)
Well that's all I've got. I hope everyone reflects at what they have accomplished this year and not look at all of the disappointments.
Ciao Bellas!

Wow It's been way too long
I cannot believe how long it's been since I updated this blog. I miss you all! I was reading back on my last post and can honestly say that I am in a better mental place. So much has happened...
1) I finished my liquid/ juicing fast. I did it for two weeks and I still juice my breakfast most days.
2) I got a new job! It's a blend of using both of my degress, the pay is OK, but they do give consistent raises so that's good.
3) Job comes with benefits, Yah!
4) Car broke down, but I got another one that feels safer to drive in.
5) Thyroid meds have been working and as long as I stay away from my allergen foods, my face is staying clear.
So those are the positive points of life right now. Now here are the not so good, but things will improve.
1)I have been slacking on my jogging since my work day is ten hours and I have a 40 minute drive each way. On my work days, I will be using my treadmill before I go to bed. I am making myself do that. I still jog on my off days.
2) A co- worker has a hard core candy drawer and I have been hitting it like a fiend. I am going to try to not go in there this week, but I will take things day by day. I get too overwelmed when I think of the big picture of things.
3) I was 184.6 just last week and now I'm at 189.6. I did the same thing week before last. Ugh. I hope that getting back on track will help me shed the weight while it's still water before it turns to fat.
4) Face is not the clearest after me getting it like an addict in the candy drawer. How am I going to handle Halloween?
My new goal for the end of year is to be 160. That seems realistic enough.
I hope everyone is doing well. We still have four months to get our butts in shape!

197, liquid meals and graduation...not in that order
Hey lovely people!
I can now officially say that I am a grad school graduate:) I am happy that I am done so that I can focus on...what else but losing weight:) I have been juicing my meals with having a little protein with each meal. I have no idea about calorie content for the day and that feels nice not to stress how many calories that I ate/drank. I was inspired after watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead to try and fast for at least 30 days. So far I have been fasting for 4 days and have lost 1.5 lbs, which is a huge deal for me since I have an underactive thyroid which causes me to gain weight. So I am now 197 and I think I may be able to see a light at the end of the tunnel. The thyroid meds that I am on are natural so I won't see drastic results like some people do, but I think going natural is worth it in the long run.
The juicing has helped get rid of those post food allergy bumps that I had which makes me happy.
I have been jogging 2.5 miles straight and am trying to up my miles by 0.25 miles every other day.
I am still not happy with the job prospect situation but I hope to be employed again by next month.
Goals next month: New job and 5 lbs lighter.
Now time to get my breakfast juice on.
Have a great day lovelies.

Finally in One-derland
You guys are the first to know that...
I went on the scale this A.M. and for the second day in a row its says 199. I am finally under 200 again. Maybe it’s the thyroid meds I am on, or the liquid fast I did this weekend. Not sure, but I’m glad and I hope that it continues.
I’m kind of tired of getting my hopes up…
I jogged for an hour today with no walking breaks. Yah!
Oh thyroid meds you ask? I found out that I have borderline hypothyroidism which can give the same symptoms of having full fledged hypothyroidism. It causes weight gain (check) inabilty to lose weight despite efforts (check), hair loss (check), always feeling cold (check) among a few other symptoms. I finally found a doctor who listens to me :)
And I am gluten, wheat, corn and some dairy sensitive among a few other random food items. Might help explain why I was getting cysts on my face. They hurt like hell! But since I have changed my diet my skin is clearing up. I do have to be diligent in reading labels. These gluten free pretzels I love happen to have corn starch in them and I broke out recently. Ugh.
School is over in 2 weeks and I cannot wait!

Lurk Mode
I decided to come out of lurk mode and read a few blogs and then post. Reading back on my last blog I am so happy that I have finished that term. I am sure this next one will be brutal but it will be the last one.
Not happy that my weight has stayed the same despite me doing the right things. My face does look a bit slimmer but why is the number on the scale so high?
Not happy with my current job choices. I need to make more than 10 bucks an hour especially since I will have 2 degrees but that just has been making me overqualified.
I was pretty depressed and slept some and have been focusing on other things since stressing will do me no good.
Hope things get better for me. I have a feeling that if I was thinner then I would get the better jobs and then get to live the better lifestyle. But the odds aren't in my favor right now for whatever reason.

A Quickie
Hi everyone!
I have missed you all so much! I decided to take a hiatus from most things internet and focus more on my school work. I have completed all but two assignments and the end of the term is Friday:) Yah!
Weight loss has been stuck! I have been wavering between 201-203.I have tried lowering my calories then I read that I should not be eating that low of calories. So I have slowly been eating more as suggested by a dietican- 1400-1700 calories. Truth is that I am less hungrier which makes it less likely to binge, but I have a full chin again and the scale is 2 lbs higher. I do not like seeing these changes even though they say that the extra weight will balance out and I will start losing again. But when? What if they are wrong? What if my body gets used to the calories and I start feeling hungrier? I am on TOM, but I have a feeling that I am heavier because of the increased calories. I am exercising still and planning meals and happy that those habit have stuck with me. Just not sure if eating this many calories is going to help me in the long run or if it is just ED talking.
I hope everyone is well. I will be checking in on you guys soon after all my work is turned in.
Bye beautiful ones:)

I gotta feelin'
Hi all,
I hope everyone is feeling good. Thanks for all who gave me encouragement, it truly has helped. I have been feeling better mainly because TOM is gone. I hate how it can get me so down, but I will try to keep myself in check next month. So I did have a bit of a gain due to the binge fest I had, but I am back down to 202.4. I feel better enough to exercise almost everyday again and keeping my calories at my designated intake.
In other news, I have been reading a book called, "Brain over Binge" and it has helped me look at bingeing in a different way. Before the book, I was working on my urges and had gotten pretty far. Not sure why but TOM made me feel wacky which gave me the excuse to binge for a couple of days. But the urges were not as intense as they had been in the past. I can honestly say the book has helped me alleviate anxiety about eating and I feel that I am on the road to recovery. I never thought a book would help, but it has. There are several parallels between the writer and myself which made me relate to her. Now there are some huge differences- she ate way more calories than I have eaten in a sitting and she would make it up with countless hours of exercise. That was her form of binge/purge.
I have learned to eat and move on, not fight the urges and to not give the urges any of my time. I learned that I am not overeating because I have depression, low self-esteem, anxiety. I binged because it became a habit. I have broken habits before and yes they take some work to break, but they can be broken. I feel good knowing that this urge taking over my body can be stopped. The name of the author is in my reading list.
I made brownies the other day (my constant quest to fatten up the boyfriend, plus I just love to bake) and I have only had two. One small- out of the oven- piece and one the next day. And guess what? There are 18 more or so left and I know that I won't be going wild over them.
Have a great week-end:)
I hope everyone is feeling good. Thanks for all who gave me encouragement, it truly has helped. I have been feeling better mainly because TOM is gone. Too much
Hey all,
I have been very depressed lately. It looks like quite a few of us have been, maybe its the SAD (seasonal affective disorder). Who knows? Anyway, I have eaten too much this last couple of days. It is hard to stop once you start. I have been feeling this way mainly because of TOM and feeling sorry for myself. I have been exercising but not enough to cancel out all of the food eaten. I hope to brush myself off and start a new tomorrow. I better get back in gear or I might see a gain that I do not want to see. I was 202.2 a few days ago, I hope to stay at that or get back to that- I haven't weighed in lately- by next week. I must say that my last post was the most positive one, but had the least amount of comments, lol. It reminds me that this is being done for me:)
Take care all...

204??
Hi everybody,
I have been out of the loop as far as blogging goes. I have been doing everything but blogging and writing my papers. So now I am blogging and guess what still needs to be done? You're right, those damn papers. I have totally lost my motivation for school but gained some in treating my body better. I cannot wait till I graduate to that I can stop feeling too stressed about class, papers, dumb teachers-who don't grade your papers on time, but oh they want you to turn in your s%^$ on time, etc.
Anyway anyone ever heard of loom knitting? It's so much fun! Faster than crocheting and great for those who cannot sew (on my life long learning list). I have made a scarf and will make more for friends and family and then move on to the other things that you can do with it.
I went on the scale and it has been 204 or 203.8. I don't know how long that will last since TOM is coming and I have been craving and caving in. And I feel so tired. Bleh. I don't get cramps but I fatigue so easily during this time. O.K. enough complaining.
I have read some folks blogs and they aren't doing so well so let's all send hugs to them...
Big hugs to Sasha and Sammy. Keep your heads up.
Now pics of things that don't have anything to do with food, weight loss, etc. Sometimes we all need a break.

205
Hi everyone,
Whoo hoo my weight was 205, 204.8, 204.2- scale is a little wacky sometimes so I use the highest weight when it acts like this. Happy to finally see some results. I am making a weight loss jar and am putting in a $1 for every pound loss. When I reach my goal weight I will spend it on something...what I don't know, but since a girl loves to shop this is great incentive. Also thinking about this hip tattoo that I said I would get when I hit 150- maybe I will wait till I reach goal and spend the money on that. That's a- ways away so I will not try to think about it too hard.
Hello new folks following the blog! Welcome and I am here for you for encouragement.
Oh and I have another big whoop. Since I have started my own version of the HSGD I have not binged.
So two days binge free for me, such a great feeling:)
I have been behind on my blog reading due to that hell called grad school, but will catch up with everybody in the next couple of days.
Have a great night!

Sticking to it...for the most part
Hi all,
I am kind of proud of myself for the last week. My goals were as follows:
Goals for this week:
Drink 80 oz water each day
Get up a 1/2 hour earlier
Work out 6 days this week
Do not go over 450 calories on dinner, the rest of the meals 200 calories
Snack on fruits and veggies only.
I did great on the water thing until I looked so bloated I could cry.
I got up a 1/2 hour earlier, maybe 4 days this week. Has some insomnia troubles that caused me to wake up at 4:30AM a couple of times and not go back to sleep till the time I was supposed to get up, so annoying.
I worked out six days!
I didn't go over 450 calories for dinner, but I had goodies after dinner. Whoops.
I snacked on a mix of fruits, veggies and stuff that I rather not classify but it wasn't in excess like I normally do.
I decided to try those HGC drops just for kicks I guess and the minute after taking them I was so sick. I actually puked up breakfast. What the hell is in those? Did I get a bad batch? Of course I would get a bad batch because I have such good luck;)
So I threw them away because I felt sick for hours afterwards.
I am staying on my schedule for the most part, but dodging papers that I need to write (Tumblr is much more interesting) hopefully I get some motivation to write at least one of the two that is due this week.
I wrote out my food schedule for the week and got most of the things needed for the recipes that I will use. This is week three for me on completing a food plan for the week, and I feel like my old organized self doing it. Let's see if I see a change in weight with it.
Goals for this week:
Drink 80 oz water each day- try this again or cover all mirrors.
Get up a 1/2 hour earlier- which means trying to go to bed earlier- Bleh
Work out 6 days this week for 45 minutes-1 hour.- my kickass playlist is helping with this
Do not go over 450 calories on dinner, the rest of the meals 200- 300 calories- food plan should help
Snack on fruits and veggies only. -Have some restraint girl!or stop baking those delicious cookies to fatten up the boyfriend with. I did use low fat alternatives, though.
Do not weigh everyday- I chose not to weigh this weekend. Will shoot for every other day.
Remember to take vitamins twice a day
Have 4 kinds of fruits or veggies a day.
Well that's all for now. I hope everyone is doing A-O.K.

Birthday blues
Yesterday was my birthday!
I woke up and hardly recognized myself. I was sooo bloated. I have been drinking tons of water but I must be retaining most of it. It kind of makes me not want to drink any more. Bleh. What a way to start the day. I worked out for an hour on the treadmill, first time in years that I did a whole hour! The time actually went by fast since I had my work out playlist ready.
I went to work and came home and had a shot or three before the boyfriend and I headed out to eat.
UM... I was terribly tipsy which it usually takes more alcohol for that. I just moved to a high altitude, so I think that's what did it. I didn't even eat at the restaurant and my boyfriend was laughing at how I was playing with my food acting like I was eating it. So I actually did not eat much that day. Can vodka shots be my new diet? Nah. I I just wanted to check in I am still 206, today is rest day but I will probably put in an hour on the treadmill tomorrow morning. I hope by my next birthday to be much much much thinner. 120, maybe?
Hope all is well with everyone!

A roller coaster of a morning
So I got up this morning, did my routine which includes pooping and weigh ins. Haha. --TMI and I didn't warn you before hand. I'm so cruel.-- I weighed myself and saw 208.2. WTF I was so pissed. I went ahead and had breakfast, water and my vitamins. And then I felt like I had to go. You know what I mean, so I did and lo and behold the scale reads 206! I did 3 trials- I'm such a scientist and got the same weight. How in the world did I manage that after eating? I became ecstatic and finished my meal planning for the week.
It's crazy how the number on the scale sets up how you will feel for the day. I even wrote a sad face next to my first morning weight in my journal. Then a happy one for the other weight.
Anyway, this is the first week that I am doing my schedule while school is in session. I take online classes and we are required to have web cams. I looked at myself and saw a slightly thinner face. I have seen that face before and I hope that I can keep it longer than a year (my previous weight loss-30lbs).
I have been exercising but took two days off- was only supposed to take one day.
I planned all of my meals and went to the store to stock up on low cal food. I am going back to using I Can't believe it's not butter, turkey bacon and low fat cheese. Some of that stuff I stopped buying because A) margarine is man made and not organic. Flies wont even touch it in studies and B) the boyfriend hates margarine and turkey bacon. But we will just have to buy two kinds of food items so that we are both happy and that I can lose the weight. I was so much thinner before we moved in together. Arg...

Crackers are my trigger foods, so I shouldn't be eating them as snacks. Anxiety is high since I am back in school and working. So I don't need to be reaching for trigger foods or I will demolish them.

206.6
Hi all,
I am still doing my schedule. So far it is working and I kept it flexible enough for any bumps in the road. Like having to go to the worst PO in Colorado to pick up a very delayed Christmas gift for the boyfriend. I weighed myself today =206.6 and I am happy to see myself out of the 211ish range. TOM had me up to 215 this month :( but I am glad that is over with. I can't wait to have my weight be below 200 even on TOM. (again) I said that I would not be at 200 unless preg, but I fell so fast back to 200. Crazy. My job said that during downtime I can work on unrelated work stuf. Yah! So I can blog more often. Or do schoolwork. I rather blog.
Yesterday I jumped rope for 10 minutes and did treadmill for 30 minutes. Cal under 1200 for the day.
Today I only had time to do treadmill with weights for 30 minutes, but will probably try to squeeze some more exercise in today. Cal 500 so far. <<looks so scary from what I am used to.
It feels good to be able to eat and still lose a little weight. I recalculated my calories with ZOOM and it had me at 130 by September since I lowered how much weight I want to lose in a week. From 2.5 lbs to 2 lbs. I really miss the before intended date of July but if I want to work on my relationship with food I need to learn how to eat it and not avoid it. Not until I want to be UGW that is.
We will see, I might change it back to 2.5 lb loss a week, since I am not sure or comfortable that I can eat that many cals on a daily basis.
I hope all is well with everyone. Stay beautiful!

Schedules, color coding and notebooks- Oh My!
Hey all,
So I actually followed my schedule for the day and I have to say I haven't felt this way in a few years. I feel so clearheaded. You see I was always an organization nutcase, but moving, school, jobs and so many other things made me lazy about it. It is so stressful when things are not in order! I was able to exercise, work, plan and make meals today, blog, join tumblr and make an exercise chart with so much time ahead still. Like I wrote before I hope to keep this up for at least a month and reflect on if I should keep going.
Here is my exercise chart

| Exercise | Complete | |
| 30 minute treadmill | X | |
| 30 crunches | X | |
| 30 situps | X | |
| 1 min. wall sit | X | |
| 30 pushups | X | |
| 1 min. wall sit | X | |
| 30 jumping jacks | X X | |
| 30 toe touches 1 min. wall sit | X | |
It looks better on the Excel Spreadsheet trust me. And now for some motivation: B- Toast w/banana spread- 230 L-Salad- 50 Snack- Celery with cream cheese- 54 Dinner- 3 spareribs with spinach- 350 Snack-1/2 banana-80? I am going to stick with 1090 calories a day and under. My ZOOM app says that I can be at my goal weight by June - if I keep exercising. Plus the more weight I lose the lower the calorie intake becomes, so I will have plenty of time to do SGD when I am smaller. | ||

Happy New Year
So I wrote my new schedule out which includes an exercise schedule, work and school schedule.
I even have a menu for the week. Everything is neat and color coded. Yah :)
It took me awhile to do it all, and I hope with practice I will get faster at it. I can be quite impatient with myself.
Now I just have to follow everything. I tried to make it flexible because things do come up.
Food intake so far:
B- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese-90
1 and 1/2 roma tomato
1/2 pear
S- hard boiled egg- 78
L- Seafood soup- 200
D-
I am on the SGD but have added an extra 100 calories each day except for fast day.
I am trying the schedule and SGD for a month and will see how I feel after that.
I hope everyone's 2012 is great so far.
Ciao for now,

It's Sinking in
I hope everyone is doing well:
I thank Sam and Princess P for their advice and Sasha for setting the scene for lists one can stick to. You all are such beautiful people.
It is sinking in that I need to have a routine/schedule. It is something that I always fight but know that I should do. Between school, work, exercise, diet and boyfriend I have a full plate - pun intended and need to stay on track- ooh another pun.
Not eating on a schedule lets me slip in un-needed calories.
I printed out the SGD and will follow that for at least a month and take it from there. I printed out an exercise schedule. I will chart what I accomplished that day in exercise.
What I need to do
I will not eat over 900 calories.
I will exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes.
I will drink at least 100 oz of fluids a day. (water, tea, carbonated water)
I will be more diligent in recording my food intake and exercise.
I will spend 15-20 writing in my Thinspo Journal.
I will spend 30 min. blogging and 15 minutes, looking at other blogs/responding and looking at Thinspo.
And the big one is
I will post food and exercise intake to hold me accountable.
I think all can help me towards my goals. I will just keep looking at my mini goals instead of the overall picture. Looking at everything at one time makes me feel overwhelmed and anxious which can cause me to binge. Blech.
That's all I got for now... need to make schedules. Take care bellas!
Mucho besos :)
Today
B- 3/4 cup Oatmeal with splash of almond milk - 300 - kind of high for SGD, will do better
L-
D-
Excercise- (198) 30 min. on treadmill
