206.6

Hi all,

I am still doing my schedule. So far it is working and I kept it flexible enough for any bumps in the road. Like having to go to the worst PO in Colorado to pick up a very delayed Christmas gift for the boyfriend. I weighed myself today =206.6 and I am happy to see myself out of the 211ish range. TOM had me up to 215 this month :( but I am glad that is over with. I can't wait to have my weight be below 200 even on TOM. (again) I said that I would not be at 200 unless preg, but I fell so fast back to 200. Crazy. My job said that during downtime I can work on unrelated work stuf. Yah! So I can blog more often. Or do schoolwork. I rather blog.
Yesterday I jumped rope for 10 minutes and did treadmill for 30 minutes. Cal under 1200 for the day.
Today I only had time to do treadmill with weights for 30 minutes, but will probably try to squeeze some more exercise in today. Cal 500 so far. <<looks so scary from what I am used to.
It feels good to be able to eat and still lose a little weight. I recalculated my calories with ZOOM and it had me at 130 by September since I lowered how much weight I want to lose in a week. From 2.5 lbs to 2 lbs. I really miss the before intended date of July but if I want to work on my relationship with food I need to learn how to eat it and not avoid it. Not until I want to be UGW that is.
 We will see, I might change it back to 2.5 lb loss a week, since I am not sure or comfortable that I can eat that many cals on a daily basis.

  1. wowowowowowowowoow. you're down to 206,6lbs?! already! that's amazing, girly! you really are gonna do it. keep us posted and inspired. soon, the 200's will be a thing of the past! ;)
    if you started at 213, then that's like...6,4lbs lost, eh?! that's a big deal, love. if i lost 6,4lbs right now, i'd be over the fucking moon. and too close to my lowest weight. xD. :3

  2. 2 pounds a week is a great weight-loss number. Take the loss however it will come! I figure for myself, I'm not in a hurry to lose and if my weight-loss slows down, that's okay. I'm gonna have to eat carefully for the rest of my life, not just until i lose the weight. My binge and pig-out days are over. This is a lifestyle change and it's a process. Great progress:) Keep it up!
